Service Rates

All EDUPOV service rates are coded ( eg. CL1 ) to ensure the Client can cross reference with quotes, invoices and contractual agreements :

1. Initial Consultation - CL1 - $0.00 AUD + GST per hour
   - One (1) hour consultation  – familiarize yourself with our services, products and methods of communication. 

   * Pending availability, Clients ability to accommodate travel and / or to use alternate methods to communicate over distance.

2. Business Needs  Analysis -  CL2 - $160 AUD + GST per hour
   - Accurately map project management requirements, quote preparation & exact client  needs – determines  infrastructural, hosting, design, development and training needs that your business may require .

   * One hour  free EDUPOV company presentation – communication, service agreements and payment protocols followed by presentation of a no obligation Quote – all information contained in the Business Case is kept strictly confidential and is used only to compose the Quote For Service

3. Standard Service - CL3 - $140 AUD + GST per hour
   - Meetings,  non-technical project oriented service, project management & system administration
   
   
4. Principal Service - CL4 - $160 AUD + GST per hour
   - Technical or specialized services
   -
5. Technical Service – CL5 – $180 AUD + GST per hour
   - Custom programming, multi-system integration, graphic design & complex data operations.
   -
6. Training – CL6 – Negotiable – Standard, premium and  customized  educational opportunities  for users of any EDUPOV services or products.

7. Fixed Cost Items – CL7 – Contractual non-hourly costs ie. hosting, SLA ( Service Level Agreements), setup fees.

Payment For Services

Clients

All EDUPOV Clients are provided with a project management profile which ensures transparency of process.

Contracts

All projects quoted over the sum total value of  $2,500 AUD require  a written Contractual Agreement between the Client and EDUPOV.

Terms & Conditions

All EDUPOV clients who enter into any service level agreements, credit  oriented or time accrued contracts are subject to the following payment obligations :

• Invoice – all invoices prepared and issued to the Client are, in principle, owed and payable from the date of issue.
  -
• Payment – All invoices are to be paid  within thirty (30) calendar days of the issued date. Payment must be received and  an acknowledged receipt of funds articulated before  payment is deemed to be received.

• Late Fees – All accounts that exceed the due date for payment automatically incur an Administration Fee of $55.00 AUD noted on the re-issued invoice.
